AMP Robotics tackles this problem through a mixture of hardware and artificial intelligence software to automate and design new facilities and tools for the purpose of sorting through and organizing discarded recyclable materials.
AMP Robotics stands out from other manufacturers focussing on the same global problem due to its ability to retrofit facilities with new hardware and software. Its scalable and flexible tech includes AMP Cortex, a high-speed robotic sorting system focused on physical tasks, implementing machine learning to achieve an impressive 99% accuracy and 80 picks per minute. This is bolstered by the AMP Vision modular computer vision system that helps to analyze material flow. With a range of other savvy - and patented - tools at its disposal, AMP is turning heads in its native US.
AMP Robotics is using its most recent round of funding to scale up its operations. Based out of Colorado, its services have the potential to reach a global scale if it continues its expansion.
