Our take
As mobility infrastructure and products evolve to meet the digital age, connected mobility has become a new frontier. AND-E, short for Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe, is a subsidiary of Japanese insurance group MS&AD and works with mobility brands to provide tailored insurance products for their customers.
AND-E has consolidated a European network of partnerships, most prominently Lexus and Toyota, for whom it develops insurance products. Its subsidiary insurance claims site Insurethebox provides claimants in the UK with advice concerning accidents, just one example of AND-E’s deep integration in the UK’s connected mobility landscape. The company also has a presence across the EU, working with local mobility services to develop tailored insurance packages. It remains firmly rooted in the European auto insurance industry, and has plenty of capacity to maintain growth
