Our take

Abacum develops software that allows mid-sized companies to automatically compile and analyse financial data using one interface.

This may seem like a fairly simple solution, but it's one that’s proven extremely popular with scaling companies, who often have to pour hours of labour into collating data to create forecasts.

Launched in 2020, the company took off quickly and gained its first major customer in Typeform, and since then the likes of Cabify, AllTrails and Yoco have also adopted the software.

The company has acquired several rounds of funding and even tripled its revenue in the past 12 months. To go with this success, the company is looking to expand its US presence, with over 50% of its revenue already coming from the US market.
