I am very happy to be a part of ActionIQ. Before I joined, I did research to see what people were saying about ActionIQ, and there were very positive things being shared, for example in Glassdoor, and by Builtin, which ranks ActionIQ as one of the best places to work in NY. Since I've joined, my experience has been wonderful, and in line with what I had found out. The people at ActionIQ are super supportive. They check in on you, and not only during your initial on boarding period, but throughout your stay here at ActionIQ, to make sure that you are supported and thriving. In addition, the work that I have seen is very impressive. We do engineering demos every other Friday, and the work that has been demoed allows the strength of the engineering that we have here at ActionIQ to really shine through. Lastly, our workspace is excellent. We are situated across the street from Madison Square Park. We have lunch brought in Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We have all kinds of snacks and drinks too. Lastly, we have an all-hands meeting every other Thursday, where the entire company meets. Afterwords we have a happy hour at our in-office bar - recently we had a margarita contest which was a blast! So all in all, we have great people doing impressive work in an enjoyable space.

They check in on you, and not only during your initial on boarding period, but throughout your stay here at ActionIQ, to make sure that you are supported and thriving. Teammates and teams support each other. In addition, we have many Slack channels where you can reach out for help, whether it's technical problem, or benefits, or a recommendation for a restaurant, or things to do on vacation.

AIQ provides various resources to learn! There are books in the office for coding references, Udemy business courses, and documentations written by engineers that allows me to pick up the tech tools and learn throughout my time here!

Definitely a fair starting salary with uncapped commission potential. The commission pay structure has been revised since I joined to be more incentivizing. The team also has a clear promotion path to Senior SDR which has a significant increase in both Salary & Commission. For a tough job, you definitely get out what you put in and always feel you are being treated fairly for your hard work.

Between Slack taco shout-outs from peers, team outings to boost morale, and a manager who values the hard work and truly appreciates the effort put in. Every month we have "culture talks". These can vary from employee led, to leadership led, to an external presenter coming in to have an open discussion around many different topics! The level of attendance is always incredibly high as is the level of participation. On top of that, we are building out a DEI program for the company that is going to be very exciting as we continue to build a company that inwardly mirrors the city we're built in - NYC!
