October 2021 saw it acquired by the Incremental Group, a digital technology company that enabled the company to expand its services and better its technology. In 2022, Adatis was acquired from Incremental by Telefonica Tech, a world customer and market capitalisation leader that has grown Adatis out to offices across Europe and Asia.
