According to Administrate, most companies use various systems and platforms in order to manage their training needs, requirement a fair amount of both time and money. Furthermore, recent research studies have indicated that 40% of millennials who don’t receive the necessary on-the-job training to become more effective in their role will leave their positions within the first year.
Administrate is working to build out the features and functionality of its platform. The company already works with companies such as Brunswick and ForgeRock to support the delivery of its training programmes, and will look to grow its client base over the coming years.
