There is a diversity & inclusion committee with a group of volunteers working to find ways to continually assess and improve diversity, equality and inclusion at Adzuna. The CEO endorses this committee and works with them to put actions into place to bring ideas and initiatives to life. Some of these include running regular unconscious bias training (including in relation to hiring), assessing how employees feel we are doing through bi-monthly surveys, working with the social committee to bring DEI themes into socials (Black History month quizzes and lunchtime documentary screenings), plus many more. We're always looking for ways to do better.

Adzuna has a growth mindset, there are annual and quarterly company targets that everyone works towards together, each person / team is given the opportunity to contribute to these key overarching goals in a way that makes sense for their area. Alongside working together on these we set quarterly individual goals. Having this system means people develop and learn at a pace which enables them to feel challenged and see a good pace of development in their skills and experience.
