Adzuna was founded by two former eBay and Yelp executives, with a wealth of experience in managing digital search engines and marketplaces. This is part of the reason the site is now used by tens of millions of job-hunters every month.
Adzuna is currently gearing up to expand its team, which will allow the company to scale its operations and reach a larger market. Given the competitiveness of this ever-growing market, scaling effectively will be vital for the company's ongoing success.

There is a diversity & inclusion committee with a group of volunteers working to find ways to continually assess and improve diversity, equality and inclusion at Adzuna. The CEO endorses this committee and works with them to put actions into place to bring ideas and initiatives to life. Some of these include running regular unconscious bias training (including in relation to hiring), assessing how employees feel we are doing through bi-monthly surveys, working with the social committee to bring DEI themes into socials (Black History month quizzes and lunchtime documentary screenings), plus many more. We're always looking for ways to do better.

Alongside working together on these we set quarterly individual goals.
