Our take

Airkit is a low-code customer experience platform designed to help brands build self-serve customer support, sales, and service journeys. Airkit integrates with key sources of customer data such as CRMs, contact center software, and customer databases, to enable highly personalized, digital customer journeys. Businesses are able to use Airkit to rapidly build better brand experiences and gain a competitive advantage.

As with other low-code solutions, a barrier to wide scale adoption is companies’ lack of internal upskilling around low code platforms. According to Creatio, low code work is typically siloed within IT teams, with only 6% of low code work carried out solely by business users. As awareness of low-code platforms increases, training in these solutions should follow suit.
