  • Flexible hours: We all have lives outside of work, and sometimes they get in the way of our day jobs. We all need to take a little time out during our days to do a school run or have a nap. It’s all good. You’re an expert, and you’ll get the work done
  • Monthly socials: Sometimes dinner/drinks, sometimes it’s a day trip somewhere cool, sometimes it’s just a walk around a gallery. (It was once a weekend to the IOW Festival). We need to keep in touch regularly, and spend time together. Watercooler moments are gone now, so we invest in you just chilling with the rest of us
