Our take

Align delivers tools to effectively connect teams to the work that matters, ensuring that their daily and long-term successes contribute to the big goals of the business.

Align was founded in 2012 to simplify strategic planning and progress tracking for business coaches, and it has developed to offer a suite of tools for aligning staff goals with that of the business. The company focusses on both sides of goal-achieving action – the planning and the execution – providing insight into which metrics require focus for success. This allows staff to work with informed priority, and lets them easily and quickly see how their work contributes towards business achievements.

Align has become a critical tool for many fast-growing companies and, as it continues to add features to its technology suite, should remain a strong choice for clients moving forwards. Prior substantial funding, in part from early customers, demonstrates the industry confidence in the company and product.
