Our take

Tools that can analyze and quantify consumer experiences both online and offline are becoming increasingly necessary due to the complex regulatory needs of customer data compliance. Alpine IQ was founded to tackle this but later developed into a more advanced set of software tools to improve consumer experiences.

Alpine IQ’s product suite includes segmentation, promotional tools, and syncing software that can be integrated atop 3rd party programs. Its software bridges the gap between third-party marketing and its client company’s operations to facilitate loyalty systems, mobile apps, point of sale, automation, referral programs, and many other tasks. Focused on brands and retail businesses of all sizes, Alpine IQ’s product suite is varied and extensive and is powered by cleaned data - consumer information that has been wiped of corruption and inaccuracies.

Alpine IQ regularly updates its products with new innovations. In 2023 this included a “Summer Rock” release, which allows companies to visualize retail strategy and give customers the power to view marketing campaigns and discounts.
