Company mission

Ambition is on a mission to help performance-driven teams achieve goals in a work-from-anywhere world.

Our take

Sales teams have increasingly seen their work organised, tracked and rewarded based on sales management softwares. While these softwares are useful, they are often reactive and unappealing. Ambition is delivering a human-centric sales management platform to amplify sales performance.

To do this, Ambition has invented a gamified approach to sales management inspired by fantasy football games. Crucially, the platform syncs with existing customer relationship management and tech stacks to deliver insights.

The startup is laser-focused on developing features that prioritize the future of engaging, coaching, and developing enterprise’s most precious resource: talent.

However, Ambition is not the only startup augmenting rep performance management. They will have to fend off competition from the likes of Mindtickle and Ascent, both of which are introducing gamification techniques into their platforms.
