Company mission

To make difficult conversations feel less difficult.

Our take

Founded by three ex-Uber UK leads, Ambr is a digital platform that helps employees practice high-stakes workplace conversations, such as conflict resolution and presentations. Ambr empowers its customers to train in a wide range of scenarios using voice AI technology, offering feedback and analysis to improve their communication skills.

Addressing the fact that critical conversations have been near-impossible to rehearse authentically, Ambr improves professional development by leveraging the advances in voice AI technology. Ambr's product covers negotiation, sales pitching, leadership communication and customer service, empowering its customers to practice difficult decision-making in a safe and authentic environment. Its impact has even seen mass rollout by leading companies such as Skyscanner and Deloitte.

Ambr has enjoyed the backing of VCs such as Fuel, LookAI, and Plug and Play, and was part of the Google for Startups AI Accelerator. This has honed the company into an effective solution that tackles a critical gap at the very heart of business leadership and decision-making.
