Our take

By scientifically quantifying the value and influence of data, Anmut enables businesses to shift their perspective on data from being a potential risk to a powerful opportunity for value creation.

This approach helps businesses move beyond relying on instinct and hindsight, providing the tools and strategies needed to develop and implement Strategic Data Asset Management capabilities that ensure data is fit for purpose.

Through an integrated suite of products and services, Anmut assesses the impact data has on an organisation and offers insights into how to optimise capital allocation for improved returns on data investments. By doing so, Anmut empowers companies to make informed decisions, enhancing their data effectiveness and driving better business outcomes.

  • Our DEI vision revolves around our employees. Our people are at the heart of all we do, and having a workplace that reflects a culture of support, respect, and inclusivity is essential to maintain and nurture our team’s happiness and well-being. This means that we want Anmut and our people to embrace diversity, provide an inclusive environment that creates equitable outcomes where people can be the most successful version of themselves! However, the future of DE&I at Anmut doesn’t just mean a more equitable and inclusive workspace. DEI goes beyond a set of policies. By creating a more equal and inclusive workspace, these values will permeate through our entire organisation, from the ideas and products we develop to our interactions with each other and our clients.
  • We hold ourselves accountable personally and as a team for our actions and decisions by: - Establishing OKRs for improving DEI measures - Periodically survey our team to understand where we’re improving and where we need to focus - Regularly tracking and reporting DEI metrics to identify areas for improvement - Taking appropriate action when we observe any behaviours that do not meet Anmut’s expectations
  • We promote equitable outcomes by: - Offering support in different ways for different people - Ensuring DEI measures are incorporated into company policies, that are transparent and fair, and peer-reviewed for DEI implications - Making flexible adjustments to work schedules to meet individual needs - Giving everyone an equal voice by actively listening without unconscious bias
  • We promote diversity by: - Implementing a “blind hiring” approach - Using our external recruitment network to reduce unconscious bias and provide sponsorships. - Acknowledging and celebrating different cultures and backgrounds.
  • We foster an inclusive culture by: - Acknowledging unconscious bias whenever we become aware of it - Using inclusive language with each other and clients - Supporting representative groups (such as the women’s network) to form when the need arises - Recognising differences in abilities and backgrounds and making sure all employees are fairly treated - Considering how our words and actions impact those around us with different backgrounds and lived experiences - Providing each other with open, honest and empathetic feedback
  • We raise training and awareness by: - Offering training on DEI issues to all team members - Actively listening and continue to learn - Taking an active interest and responsibility for our own learning and improvement - Giving everyone a voice, irrelevant of their title or position - Continually seeking and action feedback
