Company mission

To provide dynamic, data-informed experiences to the global education community so that learners and educators can achieve their goals.

Our take

Offering the largest EdTech globally scaled ecosystem, Anthology provides leading education solutions across a range of over 60 SaaS products and services to support the entire learner lifecycle. Its comprehensive and varied suite of LMS, SIS, and CRM offerings was initially brought together by the merging of Blackboard, Campus Labs, Campus Management, and iModules.

It boasts more than 150 million users across 80 countries. In September 2022 the company sold its Blackboard K-12 platform to Finalsite, this has enabled Anthology to accelerate its investment in Blackboard Learn Ultra, Anthology Student, and various other business areas. The company is also exploring the possibly of partnering with metaverse companies to leverage their technology (rather than investing in inventing its own AR and VR).
