Company mission

Apollo Neuro's mission is to empower people to take control of their health and well-being, effortlessly.

Our take

The last few years has seen huge growth for the wellness industry, with around 10% annual growth. Indeed, the wellness economy is expected to be worth as much as $7 trillion in 2025. A great deal of startups in the space are building mental health platforms, while consumer supplements are also on the rise.

Apollo Neuro is doing things a little differently, with a research-based wearable which uses touch therapy to reduce stress and anxiety, and improve sleep, energy, and focus. The company was spun out of the work of co-founder Dr. David Rabin at the University of Pittsburgh.

Considering that the wearable is patented and is the first of its kind to be backed by scientific research, some big things could be on the horizon. The company has been growing steadily since launching in 2018, quadrupling its headcount along the way. Now with major funding secured, Apollo will be eyeing up a period of accelerated growth.
