Our take
Though a simple problem, document misplacement and disorganisation can still be devastating for a company, especially when it is crucial in the push-through of new deals and clients and employee onboarding. The rapid pace of digital business means that there is less room for error in this area than ever before, and Architrave aims to amend just this through its asset management digitisation software.
Through four core products - AV Operate, Onboard, Transact, and Automate - Architrave provides asset managers with the tools they need to digitise, standardise and secure their documents, helping make deals efficient and quick. A simple solution to a classic problem then, and it's already bagged clients as large as BNP Paribas and BEOS.
2022 was a big year for the 2013-founded company, with an office launch in London after gaining SEGRO, a legacy UK real estate investment trust as a client. Alongside its entrance into the UK market, Architrave has acquired a US proptech firm and nabbed key hires for its UK leadership team. With a large and powerful client base, Architrave is set for even more expansion.
