Utah-based Artemis Health provides self-insured employers with insights into employee benefits data, enabling them to reduce unnecessary spending. It allows employers to offer affordable but quality healthcare coverage for their employees.
Artemis are primed for growth given 50% of Americans get their healthcare coverage through their employer, hence it was intelligent of Artemis to focus its efforts in this way. Its growing customer base of millions of Americans marks the company’s on-going forward-journey towards fixing healthcare in America.
The payment startup Nomi Health recently acquired Artemis. Whilst the latter scans employers' healthcare budgets to reduce wasteful costs, the former connects employers directly with healthcare providers, and so this marriage offers customers a greater number of wide-ranging tools when choosing benefits.
