Our take

Arthur is entering the $4.1 billion property management software market, having been founded by property managers for property managers. The company has differentiated itself in an increasingly concentrated market through prioritising integration with comprehensive accounting and software platforms such as Xero, Quickbooks and Zapier. This has enabled it to become a one-stop shop for property managers of all sizes.

After an acquisition in 2021 by Aaeron - a leading provider of ERP software and digital solutions for the European property industry - Arthur hopes that its newfound network will allow it to accelerate adoption across Europe and beyond.

The startup’s main concern will be competition coming from Silicon Valley backed competitors in the wider property management software space such as Super, Zeus Living and Frontdesk.
