To make developers more productive, through innovative tools.
AtomicJar provides an integrated testing platform for developers to test their projects and work faster towards making them more resilient. Its open-source Testcontainers project - that allows users to run tests in generated containers that are automatically created and deleted - has helped teams at DoorDash, Spotify, and Uber, and has over 100 million downloads.
At the back of a funding round, the company has released "Testcontainers Cloud" as a public beta. This version of Testcontainers keeps the same tools, but moves resource-heavy parts of testing to the cloud, and has been built for teams of developers rather than one - meaning AtomicJar's creation can now be utilised at-scale by companies.
Operating in a fast-growing segment, AtomicJar has proved its utility and captured the opportunity to become a universal developer tool. The funds secured by the company should help to accelerate its growth and support further developments as it capitalises on its successes so far.
