It's a rapidly growing company in an interesting space, with an open and friendly culture across the company. Opinions and feedback are valued from what I've seen, with management actively encouraging everyone to put forward ideas for discussion and factoring into projects and initiatives.

The whole management team put in heaps of effort to make my onboarding as smooth and engaging as possible and my direct manager has been a super helpful touch point when seeking guidance. The company-wide practice of weekly reconnects and occasional socials with colleagues across the business is a nice touch to keep everyone familiar with the people we're working with.

The in-office requirements vary between departments, but the whole company is capable of operating remotely. This has been particularly useful having just gone through a pretty dire flu season, so WFH has been a really nice staple to have available going through one of those drawn-out recoveries. Also, not having colleagues pressured to be around you when they're still feeling like a super spreader is a bonus.

When I started at Atominvest I knew relatively little about the world of Finance and Private Markets, sitting here over 2 years later, I cannot believe how much I have learned. Everyone at Atominvest is excited to help mentor, teach and advise both about this industry and the product.

From my first month at Atominvest, my ideas and suggestions for our company and department's strategy have been recognised and listened to. All members of the management team take the time to get to know the junior employees and encourage everyone to bring suggestions to strategy meetings.

Compared to other places I have worked, great work is truly appreciated at Atominvest, with more than just a pat on the back. Atominvest is one of the few places where I have felt fairly compensated for my knowledge, skill set, and the work I have done. This is felt team-wide and because of this treatment, we have built a team of people who are excellent and regularly exceed expectations putting us at the top of our industry.

When I joined I was given a list of projects I needed to tackle. Some I had faced before and some I had not. This meant I was working on projects which no one had faced before and I learnt a huge amount from these.

When I joined and I was given a clear progression framework for my role. I knew what needed to be achieved in order to progress. I have been able to develop and learn a lot faster because the company is growing so fast.

We take on big challenges here at Atominvest, and the work ethic is incredible. Everyone is dedicated to making the company the best it can be, from the CEO and other management team to new joiners. It is great to see everyone pulling in the same direction.

Clear clear progression from the start- opportunity to expand into different areas. It is a very small company at the moment but growing rapidly so if there's anything you want to do, they say go for it! Weekly meetings with management to discuss very short-term to long-term goals / aspirations and make sure you are doing what needs to be done to achieve them.

When I joined, there were 10 people and now they are 20 but constantly hiring. This is mirrored in revenue and client number. It is extremely exciting to be part of / witness company growth and the insight you receive in how a company scales is invaluable

There is a great team ethos- everyone definitely believes in the project and the results of your work are easy to see. You have control and ownership of your projects / conversations which is rare and it is really motivating. Everyone wants this company to succeed and collaborates to make sure this happens! Hard-work is expected but definitely appreciated which is not always the case
