Auctree is a distressed real estate marketplace that provides simple, turn-key solutions to all buyers, connecting buyers to discounted properties, and helping sellers recover non-performing loans 80% faster.
The company currently has 830+ assets worth €23M under management, primarily in Spain, with over +€4bn properties in its pipeline, and counts large international financial institutions including Goldman Sachs and Lone Star among its clients.
The Concept Ventures-backed company launched in 2021 and has been growing strongly, expanding internationally with offices in Spain and London. Auctree is focused on achieving further market growth and expanding its team as it sets out to become a leading real estate discovery marketplace, worldwide.
