  • Working Hours 🕓 - Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week
  • Holiday Entitlement ✈🏝 - We give 25 days for all staff + Bank Holidays. Although its non-contractual we have a Winter Break where the office closes from 25th December to the 1st January – the best bit, it’s not taken out of your annual leave entitlement, so everyone can recharge. We'll encourage you to take more time off if you're slacking on holiday time taken!
  • Summer Hours 🥇🌝 - On Fridays, a non-contractual benefit - From June to early September on every Friday, providing nothing pressing work-wise you can finish at 1pm and don’t need to make the time up. What better way to spend a summers afternoon relaxing with friends, family or just chill’n!

Leadership

Became CEO of Audio Network in 2016, with over 25 years of experience shared between Universal Studios (Vice President, Sales Operations), MGM (Senior Vice President, European Television), and STUDIOCANAL (Chief Operating Officer (UK) & Executive Vice President, Global Digital Strategy). Robb has been instrumental in setting the future focus and strategy of Audio Network, while evolving the business to establish and develop markets to their greatest potential.
