Robb Smith
(CEO)Became CEO of Audio Network in 2016, with over 25 years of experience shared between Universal Studios (Vice President, Sales Operations), MGM (Senior Vice President, European Television), and STUDIOCANAL (Chief Operating Officer (UK) & Executive Vice President, Global Digital Strategy). Robb has been instrumental in setting the future focus and strategy of Audio Network, while evolving the business to establish and develop markets to their greatest potential.
Charlotte joined Audio Network as a Music Researcher and was promoted to Account Executive after 21 months, and then to Creative Licensing Manager after 12 months
Tim joined Audio Network as a Music Researcher and was promoted to Enterprise Account Executive after 18 months and then to Creative Licensing Manager after 15 months

Everyone at Audio Network has a valued voice and operates within an open-door policy. It's also non-hierarchical which is great for knowledge sharing and collaboration. It has a 'community feel' and there is no such thing as a bad idea.
