Our take
Authentise was founded simply to improve supply chains. After witnessing a plane crash which occurred in 2012 because a spare part wasn't available, Andre decided that change was vital, and that Authentise would make distributed manufacturing inevitable.
Rather than reinventing the wheel with software development, Authentise is doing this with a relentless focus on individual clients, driven by people as well as data analytics. This is helping the Authentise team to build the digital future of additive manufacturing.
Authentise's approach allows clients to reduce costs, increase reliability, and capture insight by using industry-leading flexibility and connectivity, winning clients such as Danfoss and Boeing. Whilst right now its tools are helping to make companies more knowledgeable and efficient, in the future, Authentise wants to enable clients to start making parts remotely - the future of manufacturing is distributed.
