To accelerate learning and improve medical outcomes for people in social care by combining education technology with one-to-one support.
AutonoMe was founded to help improve the lives of vulnerable adults and children across the UK. It does this by delivering video content and notifications on users' smart devices to support them throughout their daily tasks, helping them progress towards independence.
It confronts the challenges faced by local authorities of forecasting and planning support for vulnerable residents without having access to data. AutonoMe's solution allows users to develop independent living skills through personalised support and the app, which also provides real-time data to evaluate the effect of authorities' impact.
This approach is powerful given that 70% of people with learning difficulties have a smartphone, and 69% have a tablet, allowing AutonoMe to help transform the way authorities support vulnerable people. The app is also GDPR compliant, providing real-time data directly from vulnerable service users as well as reports and analysis to allow clients to measure how users' lives are being positively impacted.
AutonoMe provides support across the UK with mental health needs, learning disabilities, care leavers, homelessness, and more.
