To create an innovative and agile enterprise human capital management platform for customers to do business the way they want to do it, create the user experience they want, and add the competitive edge to their Talent programs.
Job hunting can be a miserable experience for candidates, but it's a difficult process from the company's side as well. Slow processes and mismanaged data slow down the recruitment pipeline and can discourage (or just plain miss) the best applicants. Avature was founded to fix this situation with a dedicated human capital management system. Having found success with this approach the company has since diversified into a platform for HR solutions, spanning the recruiting, hiring and retention of staff.
While offering an innovative product which has been taken up by over 650 enterprise scale businesses, Avature has itself been the target of disruptive startups like Beamery moving into the candidate relationship space. However it has pushed back by adoption of new technologies, partnering for instance with Sapia.ai to provide AI interview tools for its customers. These and other innnovations are keeping it at the forefront of its sector, counting over 100 of the Fortune 500 companies among its clients.
Avature is continuing to develop its product, focusing on offerings like the DNA Social portal, allowing for effective managment of a growing contingent workforce. It is also recruiting heavily in accounts management and customer relations in a bid to expand its client base among enterprise organisations and extend its lead in its sector.
