Our take
Recruitment for one-off jobs can be a tedious process for companies, taking up considerable time. Awesomic is setting out to help improve this process with their digital marketplace for businesses looking for designers. Automating tasks and freelancer hiring, Awesomic uses algorithms and data to help companies hire the right designers for the tasks at hand.
Awesomic’s subscription-based platform was founded by a Ukrainian coding duo and was selected for the Y Combinator scheme in 2021. Since then, it has successfully attracted funding and grants.
Awesomic is being used by dozens of startups already. The company is in the midst of growing its pool of design talent and its own engineering team, hoping to enter a prosperous phase of growth in 2023.
