To make construction efficient and sustainable.
Despite the construction industry being responsible for 4.3% of the GDP in the US, it is generally understood to be significantly slowed down by inefficiencies. BAYA is setting out to disrupt this by simplifying the design and procurement process.
To do this, the company provides data and offers a design software plug in. It is currently focused on helping architects, interior designers, contractors, and finished product suppliers.
They are an early stage company, and so their success is yet to be seen. However, in targeting an industry primed for disruption, they have potential to grow a significant business.

One of the best parts about Baya is the ambiguity that comes with the tasks. When given a task at Baya, management is interested in setting you up to deliver, not micromanaging. We have access as a team to lots of opportunities to share ideas and find the best solution for each task.
