Our take

Content is essential for businesses that want to connect with their customers. The challenge faced by businesses is that visual content expires as soon as customers see it, thus brands need to continuously produce new content in order to keep their customers engaged.

Boom aims to solve this problem by creating a visual production platform that allows businesses to purchase customized content. The platform matches client photoshoot requests with photographers, videographers, and drone pilots who can complete the order within 24 hours. The company is present in over 80 countries and it counts Deliveroo, Oyo, Uber Eats, Glovo, and Westwing among its clients.

The startup aims to become a leading global photography marketplace. Funds from their last raise will contribute towards their ambitious expansion goals of reaching a 5% market share of the global digital photography market, currently valued at $80bn.
