Our take

Growing a brand today can be messy business. Between ads, content, design, data, and dozens of platforms that change by the week, it's hard for startups to know where to focus (or how to turn attention into real, profitable growth). And the traditional playbook just isn't cutting it anymore, especially for small teams trying to break into crowded markets.

That's where Ballpoint steps in. Its a young agency (launched in 2023) but already making waves helping early-stage brands like Thriva, Glaize, and Mother Root grow into big brands. It has a creative-led, modern approach that's focused on digital advertising that actually drives sales, not just clicks.

With a small but mighty team and experience from top brands like AG1, TALA, and Farfetch, Ballpoint is ambitious about becoming the UK's go-to growth agency, and judging by its early momentum, it's well on it's way.
