Our take
Bambee was created to help solve the problem of small businesses being unable to justify the costs of an in-house Human Resources officer, a problem which can leave both employers and employees vulnerable. Often, HR teams are brought in only once a business scales, which can snowball into significant problems.
Bambee sets itself apart from other similar services such as Zenefits by providing services for employees, as well as employers. Each client is provided with their own dedicated HR manager, available to undertake the duties associated with the position such as ensuring the business is fully compliant with all relevant rules and regulations, the hiring of staff, onboarding, and even leading internal investigations.
The business has recently benefited from a further round of investment and looks to build on its current 100,000+ customers (including Stojo Projects, Knife Aid and Hank’s Bagels) whilst expanding its operations in Nashville, with the development of further tools to manage more processes such as salaries and employee benefits.
