Starting out as a digital freight forwarding company for SMEs, Beacon has used its experience of the customer journey and the pain points for shippers to develop a SaaS platform that gives supply chain visibility and management tools to the array of stakeholders within the supply chain.
Beacon's goal is to empower its customers, which it does by connecting supply chain data, providing them with analytical tools for rapid decision-making and giving them access to growth capital. This range of services, flexibility of its platform, and its time as a freight forwarding company allows Beacon to meet the needs of disparate stakeholders across the supply chain, from buyers to logistics managers. This has given it a major edge against its competitors' inflexible enterprise solutions.
Beacon has received funding in a Series B round with participation from Jeff Bezo. With the backing of industry leaders and its large and growing customer base, Beacon appears to be poised for future success.

Rachael has been with us for over 3 years, beginning life at Beacon in Global Operations until moving into an Account Management role, making sure our customers have the best experience possible!
James joined Beacon 2 years ago as a Data Analyst, and after working his way up to a senior level he took the chance to move into a Product Management position!

I was impressed how the managers at Beacon set up one on one often and always made sure that the employees are doing ok. Even during the WFH enviornment, (and before I met the managers in person) I always felt very comfortable going to the managers when there was something.
