Bippit are on a mission to make getting financial support as simple and normal as getting an apple from the office fruit bowl.
Our take
Bippit was born out the frustration that financial planning services cost hundreds of pounds, were only available to the super rich and alien to those who haven’t built any meaningful savings yet. In addition, businesses are becoming increasingly aware that financial concerns directly affect their employees’ work performance through reduced productivity, presenteeism, and an increase in staff turnover.
Bippit is a financial support system for employees, which provides them with a 1-1 matched financial coach, who forms tailored advice on how to save and invest more wisely and improve their financial future. They use AI for the matching process, and support users along their journey via their app and on online platform.
This new model of financial wellbeing is attracting a lot of attention due to its close links to workforce mental and emotional wellbeing.
