Our take

SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) systems help create scalable and reliable software, but it is difficult to implement as a small business. The process requires custom software and in combination with a lack of funding, this is generally only accessible to larger companies.

Blameless builds and structures tools into an end-to-end SRE platform, with the aim for this technology to be accessible to all business sizes. The startup tackles obstacles of modular tools and siloed teams by providing an integrated SRE system of automatic incident resolution chatbots and reliability insights.

Blameless serves a number of notable customers such as DigitalOcean and Home Depot. Funds raised back in 2021 have enabled it to expand its leadership and accelerate product development towards serving larger enterprises, for example with integrations with ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams that help streamline the incident management process for enterprise customers.
