Our take

Creating strong employee engagement and incentivization is getting harder, but it still remains vital to maintaining performance. Blueboard is a platform allowing companies to offer recognition and experiential rewards to their employees, whilst taking charge of the logistical workload.

Presenting a more curated and personal approach to rewards - anti to the classic impersonal employee recognition system of giftcards and hard cash bonuses - Blueboard is quite the breath of fresh air in the space. The company has received a number of industry accolades for its efforts, and is trusted by over 700 enterprises across over 125 countries, from GoPro and Glassdoor to SOVOS and Shake Shack

Blueboard does face competition from various startup rivals like Snappy Gifts, Kazoo, and Bonusly, but has done well for itself thus far.
