Bodhala aims to modernize the law industry and is the only platform that analyzes the copious amount of data available and provides easy-to-use insights. It is a potential “operating system” for a half trillion dollar industry. Bodhala has been able to acquire both older, established companies and young, exciting ones as part of its customer base.
Bodhala's unique position has attracted an acquisition by Onit who believe that Bodhala gives them a unique advantage in becoming the one-stop-shop for all legal management and administration matters. In addition, the presence of considerable innovation gaps in legal-tech will come to prove useful for both Bodhala and its parent company Onit in coming years.
