Bodyswaps’ scenarios create a safe and realistic space where learners can practice soft skills, with AI-enabled analytical feedback to optimise personal improvement. The technology offers users the ability to record themselves having difficult conversations, which they can then watch back and review. The beauty of the headset means users can join sessions and practice from anywhere, privately and in their own time.
Bodyswaps are working with organisations such as Orange, London Screen Academy and the UN Refugee Agency on topics like leadership, communication and interview skills. Looking ahead, the company are expanding their bespoke company-specific services, tailored to the individual needs of a business.

We currently have an office to hot desk from in London, however this is only optional and most of my time is spent working from home which provides a great work life balance. We have monthly meetups in person to discuss company wide topics, as well as team activity days.
