Our take

With a shortage of workers across many UK sectors, the need for more efficient, reliable solutions has never been more urgent. Third-party recruiters often charge international candidates extortionate prices, making it even harder to attract the right talent to the right companies.

In response, Borderless launched a solution that supports employers and candidates on their international hiring journey. Its global migration platform has attracted over 250 companies and 100,000 candidates across healthcare, construction, technology and finance, supporting customers through the UK sponsorship process by automating slow, complex and expensive processes.

Backed by some of the UK's world-leading investors such as Entrepreneur First, Borderless is well-positioned to expand its reach and impact. It has been scaling its company off the back of 2023 seed funding.
