Our take

The majority of the global workforce spends their workday on their feet, yet most technology is designed for desk workers. To bridge this gap, Bounti has introduced a mobile-first training and knowledge development platform that is specifically designed to cater to the needs of the "deskless" workforce.

By leveraging the platform's app, employers can train their staff in a gamified and easily accessible manner, streamlining the onboarding and training processes. This approach enhances efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that valuable training resources are readily available to all employees regardless of their physical work environment.

Despite being a relatively young company, Bounti has already made significant strides in catering to numerous organisations. As the demand for reskilling workers continues to rise in the coming years, Bounti is paving the way in developing a robust learning infrastructure to tackle these challenges head-on.
