Our take
Bricklane is a property investment platform that enables investors to efficiently and flexibly access the UK’s largest asset class – residential property.
The company claims to be the most tax-efficient way to invest in UK residential property. It provides an attractive opportunity for a younger generation that want to enter the property market, but cannot afford to purchase an entire residential property themselves.
The company is facing competition from similar technology-enabled property investment platforms, like Property Partner, but its backing (and exclusive data) from Zoopla helps Bricklane to stand out. In 2023 it doubled its UK footprint and is taking aim at environmentally inefficient homes that it plans to elevate in value through eco-friendly upgrades.
