Job searching is often considered to be the hardest part of building a career, mostly driven by the common lack of understanding in how the process works. Despite knowing this, career preparation is not often taught at universities, resulting in highly-skilled job seekers missing valuable opportunities.
Bright provides a graduate careers network, quizzing users to help them understand their relevant industries and roles, as well as any skill gaps they might have, to provide personalized internship and career recommendations. Users are also supported throughout the process with an online learning environment called Bright Network Academy, the content of which is personalized based on the user's unique skill profile.
Despite facing competition from online recruitment and learning platforms, Bright has uniquely recognized that before a job search begins, a graduate’s unique skill sets, personality traits, and goals must be understood. By considering such information and providing the necessary resources for learning, Bright aims to help maximize its users’ potential and land them with a career crafted specifically for them.

Over the last four years, Edwina has progressed from an Events Manager as an individual contributor, to Head of Events delivery leading a team of five!
Since joining as Product Manager, Ailsa has secured 2 promotions, firstly to Product Director & recently to VP Product. She leads the product team & owns the strategic vision of the company's platforms.
Josh has progressed from Account Manager to Account Director & Partner Insights Lead - taking on line management responsibility & working with the Commercial Director on client-facing initiatives.
In addition to progressing from Intern to Senior PSM within our Partner Success team - Lily has most recently made an internal move joining the B2B team as Content Marketing Manager.

Wellbeing is always championed at Bright Network. My team includes wellbeing check-ins during our weekly meetings to see where we could be supporting each other more. We have unlimited holiday to take throughout the year plus a monthly wellbeing budget on top of our salaries to spend on whatever would be best for our wellbeing. With the numerous meetings I've had throughout my time at Bright Network about my wellbeing, I feel that the team genuinely cares about me and not just my work.

The whole Bright Network team recently came together at our annual company offsite, it was amazing to get everyone in a room together working on future strategy. The energy is great with people from across offices spending time working & socialising. The offices also have a great energy and the team enjoy being together.
