Our take
The commercial property world is changing. With customers looking to lease properties all around the globe at any time, restrictive office hours and the need for personal tours are a thing of the past, yet traditional website media is stuck in the past. Enter Bright Spaces, a commercial property visualisation company, that generates immersive three-dimensional tours from floorplans and produces interactive marketing materials to help property owners lease their real estate without the need of a design agency.
While competing property visualisation software exists, Bright Spaces goes a step further by providing a dashboard for its customers' leasing teams. From there a client can access data on occupancy & financials and generate contracts for tenants. So far this has proven popular, and Bright Spaces has built up a customer base in the UK, Romania and Hungary, with an eye to expanding further into Europe and overseas.
Bright Spaces completed a seed funding round led by Axeleo Capital. It is using this investment to hire additional staff and improve its platform, enhancing its 3D visualisation software and increasing the range of property management tools available to its customers. It has recently closed a partnership with CA Immo Hungary and is looking to increase its marketing efforts to attract more corporate property clients to its platform.
