The flooring industry is one that has been largely overlooked by the tech industry. Broadlume is taking advantage of this gap in the market, by providing tech-enabled marketing and management tools specifically designed for flooring companies.
Initially launched as adtech company AdHawk, which served a wide range of clients, Broadlume shifted its focus to the flooring industry after its 2018 acquisition of FloorForce. Now serving thousands of flooring companies, Broadlume has expanded its services to include website creation and operations tools - most recently adding payment processing to its ever-expanding suite.
Broadlume's founders have certainly leveraged their experience as members of Google's Accelerated Growth team to build such a comprehensive set of SaaS tools for flooring retailers. With relatively little direct competition, the company's growth is set to continue, as its everything-in-one-place approach both attracts and retains its userbase with a high degree of success.
