It’s the latter feature which sets Broadly apart, allowing independent businesses to boost their online reputation by prompting customers to leave reviews on Google, Facebook and Yelp in just one click.
Considering that on average, only one in ten satisfied customers leave a good review while dissatisfied ones are far more likely to leave a negative comment, smaller businesses need an easier way to convert transactions to reviews. The company is focusing most of its efforts on businesses in the home, automotive and pet services, and has made notable partnerships with Bosch, Jobber and Neighbourly. However, further growth in the future should see the company move into a broader spectrum of industries if it hopes to overtake the likes of Birdeye and Podium, the latter of whom currently has ten times more funding.
