Last-mile delivery company Budbee specialises in eCommerce parcel delivery, delivering directly to customers’ homes or through its expansive network of smart parcel lockers. Providing same or next-day delivery options is an increasingly desirable option for consumers, and Budbee’s sustainable and innovative delivery systems have seen more than 35 million people across 5 countries benefit from these options.
The last-mile delivery space is more competitive than ever, with even major players like Instacart and JustEat navigating economic headwinds. While Budbee operates in a different segment, its strategic 2022 merger with Intabox, forming the new parent company Instabee, was a timely move to future-proof its operations, Instabee now houses three consumer-facing brands, Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy, and partners with leading retailers like H&M, Zalando, and Inditex.
Though part of a larger group, Budbee continues to operate under its own brand, retaining its identity while benefiting from shared infrastructure and market strength. With a post-merger valuation of $1.7B, Budbee and its Instabee partners are ready to lead the charge in reshaping last-mile logistics across Europe.
