Our take

Do you want to spend your time doing routine maintenance on your car? Cafler believes the answer to this is no, and provides a service where a professional driver will pick up a customer's car and carry out any services needed on it, from simple refueling or washing to servicing or repairs. Once the work is done, the car is then dropped off to wherever the customer likes.

Starting out in Barcelona in 2021 it has grown rapidly and is now available in over 25 cities throughout Spain as well as Paris and London. It has recently added a range of MOT services, and developed a B2B offering allowing car rental firms and dealers to transfer vehicles using the Cafler platform.

Cafler has attracted significant investor support, most recently in a 2022 funding round. This capital is being used to expand the company's fleet of vehicles and its headcount as it grows its presence into Italy and Germany. With an innovative solution to an inconvenience that affects all car owners, Cafler seems well poised to continue its fast growth.
