Whilst it is undeniable that the company will face great competition from the many other CRMs on the market, Capsule shows great potential to stand out due to its all-in-one approach to sales features, providing everything from fundamental CRM features such as contact management tools to advanced sales analytics. The platform's integrated approach to sales software strengthens the company’s selling point, preventing users from experiencing friction when using a CRM platform.
