Transforming the Care Sector by utilising meaningful technology solutions.
The social and healthcare sector has been slow to adopt technology, and a UK recruitment drive has never been more important amidst a labour crisis. Care Hire is a digital platform that allows health and social care providers to hire on-demand Care Workers.
Care Hires’ platform Care Hires Plus automates the creation of rosters and bank staff through dashboards, whilst other products focus on temporary recruitment agencies and their ability to work with, train and invoice clients through seamless digital platforms. The company claims it can fill 100% of temporary vacancies and save social and healthcare recruiters over 10% of expenditure. It already works with over 1000 healthcare staff and and 150 services, supplying over half a million hours of time on the job.
With modest funding awarded, Care Hires is boosting its sales and marketing whilst it develops its tech infrastructure. If these upgrades to the small company can be delivered, it could see large-scale adoption across the health and social care sector, and not a moment too soon.
