The company's photonic-electronic technology has sparked significant interest in the AI hardware space, and has resulted in it raising impressive investment. This supported the expansion of its engineering workforce and supplier relationships, as well as accelerated product development. In 2026, Celestial AI was acquired by Marvell Technology which marks the next chapter in its journey.
