Our take

The global HR analytics market is worth billions globally. Visual charting of employee data is essential for a business to gain insights into their staff, but existing software generally targets specific data points and does not show a holistic view. ChartHop saw that most HR teams lack the critical people data to drive organizational decision making, which is why it built its platform.

ChartHop's offering integrates all types of employee data into a single software package, helping to drive alignment and accountability across whole organisations. By bringing together employee datasets such as payroll, demographics, performance and engagement, it can help business executives make better decisions about their workforce.

The company has raised a steady stream of funding to date, from established investors such as Andreessen Horowitz. It also acquired Gather, a people operations workflow builder, and continues to launch new features such as its AI-powered goal-setting and tracking solution, which is the first of its kind.
